How to challenge a player on lichess.org — Video Tutorial

Live Streamed: www.twitch.tv/Acerook - Register a Twitch handle to chat. Brian will only be streaming games, and answering tournament questions - best and fastest way to contact me if there is an issue. Stream will start Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at ~5:45PM CST. (See above for embedded video player).

Where: From the comfort of your own home! All games will be played on lichess.org chess server.

Membership: Must have a current US Chess membership & a free lichess.org username.

Format: 4 rounds Swiss – Game/10 with 5 seconds increment. Affects only US Chess Online Quick rating.

Schedule: Round 1 will start as soon as Pairings are posted in Google Sheet; Rounds 2-4 start as soon as all current round games are finished. Please start your games promptly. Ideally, rounds will be ~30 minutes apart.

Registration: Registration is Live and closes on Wednesday, April 22, at 6:30PM sharp.  Make sure you put your lichess.org username in the “School or Team Name” Field $2.00 by April 22 via online entry at https://www.acerook.com/register?event=OnlineQuick-1

Tournament Directors: NTD Brian Yang (Chief TD)

Equipment: A Desktop PC or Laptop, Internet Connection, Internet Browser (Chrome preferred), and Mouse (Probably a disadvantage to play using a touchpad).
